After purchasing any of our products on our site will automatically create an account for you, where you can find information about your orders, manage subscriptions, download available updates and use personally form to contact us.
If you have no subscription your account will still be available for you with limited features.
We have individual approach to each client, so if you need any help or any information, please contact us and we always answer to you.
When you write to us include as much information as possible about your problem in the letter. If the problem is related to a specific file, it will help us a lot if you can send us that file with e-mail.
Generally speaking, DigiArea offers support for the current release (at the latest patch level) of all of our products. On our site you can buy subscriptions only for new versions.
Support for older versions will continue until the expiration of your already bought subscription, then subscription for the old version will not be available for purchase.
