Using the software without an active Platinum Service
Yes, you can continue to use our products after the Platinum Service is expired. After the first free year, your initial maintenance plan will expire and you will no longer use package updates and advanced technical support.
Renewing your maintenance plan is done purely at your discretion. We suggest you renew maintenance plan to ensure uninterrupted access to the support and software.
You can extend your subscription for your product in your Personal Account on DigiArea website.
