For all product licenses we offer one free month of Platinum Service, when we help you begin to work professionally with our products.
2. What does it mean "own account"?
We create for you an account to view purchase history and much more. You can use it immediately after the purchase, even if you do not have a subscription.

You can use both emails, but remember that every email attached a separate account. So, you can see information only about those purchases that were ordered by using this email.
4. Can I still use the software without an active Platinum Service? What happens after the first free month?
Yes, you can continue to use our products after the Platinum Service is expired.
After the first free months, your initial maintenance plan will expire and you will no longer use free package updates and advanced technical support.
Renewing your maintenance plan is done purely at your
discretion. We suggest you renew maintenance plan to ensure uninterrupted access
to the support and software. To do this until the end of the first free month you will buy new subscription for your product.

5. When will my maintenance plan expire?
You can find all the information about your existing maintenance plan in your personal account.

7. I have multiple licenses of one product. Do I need to purchase a maintenance plan for each license?Yes. Customers that purchased or already have multiple licenses or even several copies of one product should buy a Platinum Service for each license.
8. When I upgrade the product to a higher version, will my Platinum Service be extended for another period?No, it will not. Each version of the product has its own subscription. So that the subscription for an older version of the product will continue until expiration. A new version of the product has its own maintenance plan.
